This unique 75-minute session is designed to support your healing on both a physical and energetic level.

The first half of our one on one time together is devoted to a personalized yoga practice—mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle postures tailored to your needs. Whether you're seeking strength, release, or simply a moment to reconnect with your body, this practice meets you exactly where you are.

In the second half of the session, you'll settle into stillness and receive Reiki energy healing—a gentle, intuitive practice that helps clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and promote emotional and spiritual balance.

Together, this powerful blend of movement and energy work creates space for deep restoration, alignment, and inner peace.
